Its an amazing game in my opinion just make us pay for more level not adds we aint all rich

Very interactive for someone studying in the medical field but yet simplified for practical fun :)

I love this game. I got it after a friend of mine raved about it. The only complaint i have about it is that it does freeze sometimes or crash unexpectedly but not too often. Also the recovery process begins too soon at times like the levels of each of the body systems arent even low yet and the recovery begins, it would be better if it gave tou more time before the recovery begins. Also the bio points are very slow at the beginning so it takes awhile to get a good useful amount of bio points. It is a great game overall.

The game is great but the adds are a little annoying

Went from plague inc to this bloody awesome. Love it abosolutely fun and the std wheel is a riot.

Try to more time into this its much easier

I would love to see more diseases and the body type change with the risk factors

Doesnt get passed the loading screen on iPhone 5C

played one game got my 2 stars unlocked the next 2 levels and now cant load any levels sits loading til my phone dies... iPhone 6+ reinstalled three time rebooted. Help.

(Mostly) realistic medical RTS. Evolve risk factors to make stronger diseases to kill your patient. My only gripe is that the game "cures" incurable diseases, but I understand why they would have problems programming it to do otherwise.

I found the game pretty fun at first, and then bory as hell. Not because of the game it self, but because of all the adds. The game has way too much adds iven if the game is free nice try.

When I select this app it closes instantly if u fix it please dont make it hire than iOS 5.1.1

Its a cool game but they advertised it as being as good is plague but i still prefer plague. The game play is good but i feel it could move a little faster. But other then that you should try the game but ill stick to plague
